Re: Does Anyone Subscribe to Amazon Prime Music for Vehicle?

[ Edited ]

I had Sirius for awhile and got sick of hearing the same songs over and over.  Every decade has so much music and the channels on Sirius would only play a few songs from the decade chosen.

I have Amazon Music and I have playlists for the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and (since I don't like much of what has been out there after the 80s...) Post-80s Wasteland-the standouts.

I also have Christmas, classical, country, religious, Movie themes and a couple of other playlists and every single song is one that I picked and like so I am never looking to change the station!

You stream through Bluetooth with your phone and play through your car's sound system.  It is wonderful!

Re: Does Anyone Subscribe to Amazon Prime Music for Vehicle?

I haven't tried amazon. I have Prime music and I"m totally annoyed that doesn't even mean i can listen to what I want to now. But since you can stream you could just do the SiriusXM streaming for 10 bucks instead of the full car set up. I have car plus streaming and I just inerited a car. I can stream in the new car and I'm thinking about just using the app instead of setting the car up. I'm keeping my old car and can't easily stream on it.

I haven't had to negotiate with Sirius for a couple of years.  They just automatically bill me for the lowest rate.  With taxes and fees it's $9 a month.  Maybe I'm grandfathered in?
