@RinaRina , I just wrote a 1* review.  I will keep an eye out.  Can third party sellers delete?  Hope not!  S

 I don't think they can

I ordered some knock-off shoes (flat pointy) and returned due to fit, seller kept emailing me to revise my review in exchange for an A gift cert.

I've noticed none of my reviews are being posted there at all anymore. None of them are bad. I've posted plenty of times in the past and they were always published/posted. I have no idea what's going on but I'm no longer wasting my time writing reviews they aren't posting.

Maybe they're short-staffed ... (I dunno ...)

I do know they no longer publish "comments" in the review section.

@RinaRina   I've noticed they don't let you post comments anymore.  Sometimes they were important and very informative.

Re: Do you write a lot of AMZN Reviews?

@jackthebear  I had that happen with a seller on Etsy because I said it took weeks longer to arrive than the seller indicated and even responded to another buyer's question about the slow shipping as not received.. This was prior to Holiday shipping.  I refused to change my review.

I do like helping others with questions as Amazon emails questions if I can.I  find reading through questions from  users answer most  helpful to read prior to purchasing. I don't review Amazon often as they have so many . I honestly don't bother to check if it was posted or not.

Hmmm, I've been procrastinating about writing a negative review about a product that's supposed to dry up skin tags and rid you of them.

The reason I asked is because I wrote the review at least 2 months ago.  It never posted, so, recently, I made a minor revision, then resubmitted it.  It still didn't post.

I write reviews for Amazon a whole lot and they all get posted, even the 1 and 2-star ones. I had the same problem you're having several months ago. My review was a 4-star review and it just never got posted. I'm still a bit irritated by it but have had to let it go.

Re: Do you write a lot of AMZN Reviews?

Amazon has been investigated many times over invalid reviews and the overall review process.  Sellers on Amazon pay people to post positive reviews.  Even if you look at reviews you can tell those that are suspect to begin with.

There are just SOOOOO many dishonest and bad business practices with Amazon.

I doubt that 3rd party sellers can delete reviews because too many of them have tried to bribe me to remove 1 star reviews.

ITA!  The company is so big, they can't manage this stuff.

At one point, I was ordering so much stuff off AMZN, I constantly had vendors offering me free products to write reviews ... but they had to be "good" reviews, not "honest" reviews.  I can't do that.  It's like the poor mother who wrote a review concerned about the toxicity of the water she was giving her baby.  There is no way, in good conscience, I could LIE and say the water tasted great.  It tasted like rubber.  At that point, I knew, I needed to have my review posted.
