They're probably nervous, but I sometimes think they might be doing it on purpose to distract the other contestants. I think all contestants should be told not to do that and to stand still.
Once I babysat for a little boy who, when he sat in front of the t.v., would do that. He sat on the floor, and he knew everything about baseball. I likened it to a dog happily wagging it's tale. Think it's a comforting thing for them, they may not know they are even doing it.

I'd have to brush up on rivers and mountain ranges. Those are my downfall. LOL
I either know all of the answers or none.

I love the geography questions. If I am on the right continent I count it as a correct answer.

I started to say you'd be good at the game because you are so good at the daily trivia game.

No, I'd do terrible on the show, but when we play at home, I do quite well. One thing we allow that Alex doesn't is being 'close enough'. Sometimes I mispronounce a word or name but it's close enough to take credit.

My answer is no. There are nights I know lots of answers, but not fast enough that I'd win the buzzer battle. Then there are nights when in category after category, I know virtually nothing - sometimes not even recognizing the answer when I hear it.

Thanks Max, but you are a good trivia player also. I enjoy that quiz because it is all just for fun. And insomniac keeps us all on our toes.
