I am very disappointed in QVC. I purchased a bracelet on 10/2 at the special low silver day price of $329 and today I saw the same bracelet for $279 which is not listed as a clearance price. I called customer service and the rep confirmed the price change but told me QVC's policy is not to make price adjustments over 30 days. I told her the bracelet was purchased as a gift and on 5 easy pays and the host said this is the lowest price ( meaning the silver strike price) it will ever be. She apologized but said nothing could be done. I told her I will be returning the bracelet tomorrow. I am very disappointed in the Q's customer service and feel like the item was overpriced when first presented.
