to 50 months in prison.  He's already been in jail for a year so will probably get out in 3 years and then 5 years of supervised release.  

I'm surprised no one posted earlier unless it was zapped.

IMO, he should be imprisoned for a lot longer.

I was also disappointed in the length of the sentence.  

 

He had great remarks for the judge, saying how sorry he was, etc.  Someone wrote him a great little apology.

 

I don't believe anything he said.

I just read that he thought he'd be released and had already scheduled a couple of speaking engagements in Miami next week!  

 

Prosecutors called that "the height of hubris".

what a pathetic sentence. if it was anyone else, it would’ve been harsher. and all his theatrics in court after the sentence was handed down, just shows he was playing the pity me card. what a phony. his victims didn’t get justice imo.

His sentence was similar or more than others convicted of the same crimes. He was found not guilty of the crimes that would have had longer sentences. Blame the jury not the judge.
