Has Anyone received a Notice from HSN of Passwords Changing Soon?

I received a notice from HSN that passwords will be changing soon.

I am going to call them, but curious if anyone received this notice.

Got it through my email and it looks like is from them, but I will call.

@qvcaddition , I have not.

But I never change passwords by going through a link in an email.  If I am going to do anything I receive an email about I close the email and then go to my account to check on it and/or change my password.

No, but it smells like a scam to me.

Yes, not a scam.  I've received the email for all 3 of my Synchrony accounts.  There's nothing to be done yet.  They're just letting us know we will need to change passwords soon with a security upgrade.

Then the notice must be about the HSN credit card (Synchrony Bank), not HSN itself.

Yes, thanks @geezerette .  I assumed the OP meant the credit cards.  But the emails came from HSN, QVC, etc.  Thanks for catching that.

@Tori3569

It might help explain why some won't get that notice if they don't have an HSN credit card.

The way the original post was phrased it might be taken that one's HSN account password was to be changed.
