I never do this, or if I have in the past it was so long ago that I cannot even remember it. I think it's just one of those things that you try to be your best all the time, not at each new year - kinda like the 'be nicer around the holidays' kind of deal I always hear people saying. I always thought was kind of creepy. How about just being nice all the time? ![]()

I did - to lose 20 pounds, and exercise and I intend to do it - exercise 3 times a week, and the 20 pounds will get off much sooner than the year! Have a health rider and treadmill in our heated garage. Doing it with my husband. It will work. Determined. No fad diets, just eating good wholesome foods, real foods. Hardest part is staying away from breads and potatoes for a while. We're also doing this with our daughter. Also to do more reading. Anything to improve is good.

I have goals, but I had those before the New Year began...so I guess they aren't "resolutions."
