The difference in her cheekbones in the two photos is defintely not due to lighting.

There's an injectible gel for plumping the cheeks that was recently approved; it's not a permanent surgical procedure and probably doesn't last that long.
But I think they did the classic "bad-media" thing and took a flattering picture and juxtaposed it with an unflattering picture.

I guess the title of this thread should have been "Did Stella McCartney Have Work Done On Her Face." Surgery or not, her face has been altered IMO. Unnecessarily - she's very pretty and I wish she'd remain age-appropriate.
