This is just my opinion but the joker mouth is usually caused by fillers. I know a few people who get it all the time. It wears off and softens. But you are right, Joker lips are exactly what it looks like. This occurs when they load the corners of the mouth with filler, and put too much in the top corner of the mouth/lip area! Just my 2 cents for what it's worth. Usually plastic surgery doesn't give joker mouth, but fillers and implants can. It also looks like she might have lost weight and had voluma? The injections for facial volume that last 2 years. Again, JMHO.

Beats me since I have no idea who she might be. She any relation to Sir Paul? I can say, with certainty, that I have had several Cosmetic procedures done. Not really interested in what others choose to do in this regard.

Good grief! I don't like criticizing other people's looks, but she was beautiful and now......she just looks strange.

I know this isn't nice but my first thought was she should go on that show on E called "Botched" where they fix plastic surgery messes.

Of course he can! It just seem hypocritical to me to state how a person doesn't care about something but obviously does if he or she took the time to read it and post a comment about it. Be my guest to read and post but it's kinda ridiculous to also state you don't care about it at all.
