Seems she did.  Can't include link here.  The sentence seems awfully light.  In this pandemic seems she might not actually have to serve time.

Yes, she did plead guilty.  Him too. She had him by the hand dragging him through the crowd like he was a toddler.  It's pretty apparent who wears the pants in that family.

She got two months, he got five months.

They have agreed to plead guilty whenever the hearing is set to enter the plea.  The last I heard this morning it is just an agreement with the plea and the sentence known to them for the upcoming plea.  Unless they have had a hearing in the last couple of hours it is not a done deed yet.

Though she received a light sentence, it is still jail with all your freedom taken away as well as using a potty in front of everyone unless she is given a private cell.  I would imagine though she would have to shower in a community shower room.  I wonder if she will be "searched?"  I would imagine that such an indignity would be enough to keep people honest or from being a repeat offender.

Although these are very light sentences all things considered, I think they will be a deterrent to some of the privileged elite, that have used this practice for decades, and an even greater deterrent to the universities that profited from it, as they are now under a microscope. This is definitely a blemish to the entire process.

At least they will most likely serve SOME time, as I believe the overwhelming consensus was that they would not. This really saddens me, because I was a huge fan of hers for many years, especially the Hallmark Channel movies and series she starred in.😟

I am sure they will get house arrest or home confinement as it is sometimes referred to due to Covid 19.

I am sure you are correct, a lot of petty criminals are getting released and will have house arrest. Two months isn’t all that long, plus getting off with good behavior lessens the sentence. Also she won’t be in with harden criminal, although she will be locked up, her sentence could have been far worse.

The wealthy have a different justice system than the average person. Sad but true. If you do the crime, you should pay the time.
