Yes, it does seem like there should be a notice in the package, saying something like "congrats!  this is our thank you to you, for entering the contest"

Are we sure this isn't the tote for spending a certain amount on your Q Card?  It was a promotion QVC ran a couple months ago.....

I have been a customer with QVC almost to its start.. and I would not hold my breath for QVC  to send me a tote bag or anything. Not that I need one. And I agree they should let people know if they are getting this tote as a gift or not.Woman Frustrated
