He could be spying on NK for all we know. For really good insight into how poor and mismanaged that country is, read Nothing to Envy. It's a compilation of stories from N Koreans who escaped to the south. Very eye opening.

Did you the faces of the other NBA players in the background? Yikes! They must be thinking they made a bad decision to go along with Rodman.

Rodman went off the deep end after he left the Detroit Pistons. I think he needs attention/money and will do anything to get it, even if he has to buddy up with a short crazy dictator.

Probably dawned on the other players they might become hostages.

Dennis Rodman is a seriously disturbed man, and I am sure his reception in NK brings back his glory days of public adoration. However, in his own crazy way, he may be opening a door toward Kim's better trust of America. So far, Dennis is doing better than anyone else has done to open communications with Korea in the last two decades. Let's just hope that when the Americans play the NK team they don't cause Kim to lose face, or they may go the way of Kim's uncle. The U.S. is really in no way obligated to get them out of any mess that Dennis gets them into because I don't think he had government blessings to go there in the first place. I am hoping it turns out to be a positive situation for diplomacy.

Yes--- I seriously wonder about his statement that He and Kim are best friends.... until Kim suddenly decides other wise and says OFF WITH HIS HEAD! They are both seriously sick and mentally ill individuals... like so many people are....

Huh?

We don't WANT to have access to them! That is the problem.

Yes we do, but we also want to control how things go, that's the real problem imho. I also believe a lot of Rodman's antics are an act.
