I don't think he looks different--in fact he looks darn good and even if he did have work---I don't care--I like the guy. And who is his wife? she looks like one of Bobby Flays exs--who was an actress on Law and Order as the ADA years ago???

From what I recall back in the day, it was MEG who cheated on him----with Russell Crowe.
I saw an interview with her where she claimed that any infidelity on her part came after years of Quaid being unfaithful. He also had problems with alcohol.

@liliblu You're correct.

I remember reading that Quaid was unfaithful to her for years. Back then her friends were quoted as saying they couldn't believe she stayed with him as long as she did.

He also had a cocaine addiction. Ryan stood by him when he entered rehab a few years before they married.

I agree. He may have had his eyes done or something, but his cheeks have always been "fleshy" when he's grinning. I actually thought the "new look" to which the OP referred was the way he was dressed or something -- he just doesn't look that different to me.

@Wsmom and @nova - His first wife is actress P.J. Soles. She played Bill Murray's girlfriend in Stripes. Jack Quaid, his son with Meg, is also an actor. He was the lead in Plus One, a cute romantic comedy on Netflix that's a little raunchy! He was really good in it!

I think he looks fine! The Big Easy - WOW! That was a movie! We saw him in Midway before the pandemic. He played Admiral Halsey. He is filming Reagan, and plays the former president. Penelope Ann Miller plays Nancy.
