I had an item that was shipped to Lancaster and it stayed there 3 days. I live in Pittsburgh. I had to call that PO in Lancaster myself and they told me they sent it back to QVC returns. I never got the item. I had to reorder it.

My orders from NC have been arriving without any tracking information. I would check every morining and it would show nothing and then arrive unexpectedly at my address. I always need to know in advance when it's out for delivery but they are scanning it right when they are delivering it.
Also, off and on (although not lately) a shipment would take a wild ride and end up at a post office in the Bronx and instead of sending it on to Nevada they would ship it back to QVC - I kid you not.

I wonder since their warehouse got flooded in SC that they are re-routing orders. My orders are still in process.

Has anyone else been experiencing delivery problems for items shipped thru the Raleigh NC post office?
YES!
Had 3 bracelets "In Process" from 9/24! JUST shipped ONE MONTH later!
No notice, no postings on the boards, no email, nothing.
Calls to C/S got me scripted answers of 'should ship soon, weather issues etc'.
Had 2 sets of Honora earrings "In Process" for 2 full weeks. They just shipped yesterday.
Apparently, things are starting to move now...but I can't imagine how far behind they are if it took a full month to ship my first order from Sept.
The PROPER thing would have been to notify customers of the problem.

I did and it was no big deal as I don't need the item now, it's for my new home and it won't be finished until late November early December. But QVC was kind enough to send me an email with a $20 credit for the delay which I used towards a Bethlehem Christmas tree.

Delivery has been so slow I won't be surprised if my next order comes by pony.

I hope the order I'm waiting on comes by pony! I'll swear I didn't get it and keep the pony, LOL! .

No, the flood damage is basically gone. I'm in upstate SC, and my packages either come from Florence, Columbia, or through Columbia in a few hours. The huge UPS warehouse in Columbia, complete with private runway for the giant cargo planes, is on a hill above the interstate / large highway. So they were protected. Any flooding UPS incurred was at a smaller, low level building, which shouldn't effect most through traffic, only local deliveries. Ground transport was delayed due to flooded, and damaged roads. That's the only delay I know of.

I just have issues with USPS tracking numbers. Anyone recall the 90 number to put in front ofor the number they give you?

There are many threads about this mess on Q Talk, Jewelry and Suggestion Box. It's a problem that QVC is aware of and has been going on for months and yet, NOTHING has changed.
I don't understand HOW they can't figure this mess out. Of course, no one knows what the problem is.. right.
