Hello my friends! What a change in our weather! It was nice out for a change and the sun was shining, upper 30's, a real blessing from God! Another blessing today was when we went to the noon Mass at the Cathedral, we met up with Ray and Ann, our best friends, and had a nice visit with them, they are over the flu now and it felt so good for them to be out! Working out this morning on the treadmill and health-rider was good - and I'm increasing my minutes and feeling good! I will do this Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. With our new food plan, well not so new, the Low Glycemic Index Food Plan, in one week now Linus lost 5 pounds and I 3 and it feels good and that's a very positive thought! We eat very little red meat so that's good for our chol. And ground turkey used in place of hamburgers are great! Today I'm blessed to see Topaz Gem, Serenity, Belle, and Carlotta, here and Cakers - welcome back! Cakers I am blessed with her being the first person who welcomed me on the boards 7 years ago! This is a blessing or gratitude thread - would you care to share with us your blessings? I usually start stating mine and hope others follow - and this gives God the credit where credit is due - noticing His daily blessings that lots of times goes unnoticed.
Wait patiently for God to answer Your prayers. He has patiently waited for
you to ask.

Take One More Look
