Hello my friends! Just thought I'd share with you all that I had a very blessed, but easy day today - took care of Ollie, so Lori was here for lunch and supper. Lunch I made a meatloaf using ground turkey, that always works out great! Supper was chicken on the grill and veggies and left-overs. Very delicious. Tomorrow we are taking the computer in to Digital Majic - a place right in town, thought I'd bring him all the papers etc. from the Microtec Co. who would take over the computer, and show what all they installed in it, etc. and tell them that we'd rather they do our tech work from now on. Everytime they worked on it, it got worse. It's just the charter account, everything else works and so does charter, sometimes, but we never know how many emails we are missing. Do you get a box coming up saying that a new email is coming? Well, it used to always be there, the new email, not anymore. It's lost in space. Anyway - wish us luck tomorrow that we get it really fixed once and for all. These guys do have charter, even if they use gmail. I'd really like to be there when they work on it, I wonder if they'd let us. I learn by that. I've learned so much by having a computer guy over here fixing it and showing me things. Pinky Ann, it's always nice you can find a thread that is on going and you don't get bashed for anything. Oh - I got my share of bashing here through the years I've had it, 8 years, but it still survived - we never gave up. They did! Harlene - that's for sure, they sure do blame on others, not taking the blame themselves. We are wondering if we should have the computer man download a new windows version - maybe even 10, Linus says is available. I wonder if that would be good? We can ask him. The rest of the computer seems to work well even tho it's about five years old or close there.
We are often called upon by God as His means to care for His people.

When something happens to upset us and we are discouraged, we can try to
feel that life's difficulties and troubles are not intended to arrest
our progress in the spiritual life, but to test our strength and to
increase our determination to keep going. Whatever it is that must be
met, we can either overcome it or use it. Nothing need daunt us for
long, nor need any difficulty entirely overcome or conquer us. God's
strength is always there, waiting for us to use it. Nothing can be too
great to be overcome, or if not overcome, then used.

that with God's help I may live a more victorious life.

Sometimes it's hard to accept the many disappointment in life we face.
But we have to believe there's some reason and hold onto the Lords Grace. For what seems to be so unfair and so difficult for us to understand is just a small piece of the puzzle of our life that God has planned. And as each door will close they say a window will open its eyes and life will bring about changes and with each new day -- a surprise! So believe in all of God´s love and know it surrounds you every day with courage and strength you will make it through for tomorrow's a Brand New Day!!
A minister told his congregation, “Next week I plan to preach about the sin of lying. To help you understand my sermon, I want you all to read Mark 17.”
The following Sunday, as he prepared to deliver his sermon, the minister asked for a show of hands. He wanted to know how many had read Mark 17. Every hand went up.
The minister smiled and said, “Mark has only sixteen chapters. I will now proceed with my sermon on the sin of lying.”

Bring Me your weakness, and receive My Peace. Accept yourself and your circumstances just as they are, remembering that I am sovereign over everything. Do not wear yourself out with analyzing and planning. Instead, let thankfulness and trust be your guides through this day; they will keep you close to Me. As you live in the radiance of My Presence, My Peace shines upon you. You will cease to notice how weak or strong you feel, because you will be focusing on Me.
