Feeding the fawn is so sweet.  And, the Buck has his mouth open waiting for his carrot. The last picture captures deer at their best with beautiful coloring, big eyes, big nose (lol) and the lighter color fur that surround the eyes.  I was late today responding as I went to the dentist and also had a hair cut -- big day out.  LOL  I mean nothing exciting like when you are 20 and never home.  Always out with friends.

That is not really the baby's daddy.  He is a yearling/young buck who is not mature and hangs with the littles and the does during rut.

That young buck is sure smart to hang with the babies!  He is not only safe but gets the Wick loving along with treats. Just magical!

The last picture with the fawn crossed feet is what we call, "pretty feet" when our pups do that. So demure. Whose heart wouldn't melt with that look?
