Willow makes me think that like my daughter says, the only thing to do on a freezing cold day is snuggle in bed!  with a stuffed carrot of course

I'm hungry the sweet buck seems to be saying and lo and behold, a delicious treat appears! Don't forget about me the doe adds!

Yes, that is Starbuck.  The doe received her share.  Rocky has not returned.  I'm hoping he joined a new pack in another neighborhood.  Interestingly, Rocky was in my dreams last night.

@MamaWick   Handsome Starbuck came with his wife/gf?  No matter, good eats all around.  Nom nom.  

I didn't realize that the deer form different packs.  Do they move from one group to another?  Hope Rocky is ok.

@MamaWick   lol, I don't think your handsome buck cares much for the lake view. I think he wants to come inside with Willow!   These pics are priceless!  To see him take that right from your hand!  Now, I have two days of great pics to show my dad tonight.  He's gonna LOVE these!

So glad to see the forest friends having their snacks despite the weather.  The deer in the last photo is so precious, but then all are gifts from nature.  Their safe haven offers nourishment and kindness and their path to the Wick's always a positive one!
