You don’t have to wait online when the message says your estimated wait time will be greater than 5 minutes.


Just Follow the prompts…

You press 1 for a customer service call back and 1 again to verify your call back phone number.


Within 3 minutes you will get a phone call from CS.



Easy peasy!!! I’ve done it many times. 🤗🤗🤗

What time of day did you call? I never even consider calling on a weekend or after 6pm.
