WOW, just yesterday I put an Irish sweater in my cart on check hold, it was $143.78.  I just looked & it's now $159.75.!!  So much for free shipping!

'Check hold' means you choose to send a check as the method of payment, instead of a credit card, debit card or Paypal.

 

Many shoppers use this as a way to 'hold' the item while they decide if they really want to purchase, check reviews, etc.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

QVC is in business to make money for QVC.   They are not your best friend.  They are not in business to bring you the best for the lowest price know to the retail business.  They are not here to make your life easy and breezy.
