I love Costco!  We shop there quite a lot.

They treat their employees well, and their starting wages are $30/hour.

Every time I get my Costco renewal notice, I consider not renewing. It's just me and I don't go very often, and even before,  we didn't go/buy much.  But I've been a member forever and figure $65 isn't going to break me.

I went with a friend to BJ's on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't believe how empty it was. Costco is a zoo no matter the time or day. I looked around and they had the same items and brands that I regularly buy at Costco. I would consider switching if there was one closer. I'm spoiled with Costco being a nice, leisurely 10-minute drive.

I never shop at Costco--never have had a costco card is the main reason-- but have gone with people who are members. The real reason tho--even if I did go with another person, I have absolutely no storage to buy  anything in quantity. I do love their hotdogs thoWoman Wink--both my brothers go weekly--and spend hundreds of $$ each time---like $300-400???? Both have no kids at home anymore and lots of freezer space as well as just regular storage. Lucky!!!!!Woman Frustrated

I usually go first thing in the morning as the doors open.  That helps make it easier for shopping.

My only complaint is that it seems when I shop at Costco the customers act "different" than when I shop elsewhere.  They often act the way I would picture a customer acting if the store was to give something away for free!  Everyone seems to be in a rush, they act as if they don't see you, etc.

People have different styles. Patience and kindness solve most issues.

Some people like to stroll the aisles. Others don't want to. I hate shopping everywhere and anywhere and want to get what I need and go. There isn't anything wrong with either way.
