Re: Costco Members Heads-up! - Fall Items Available in Warehouse and Online

I only go to Costco early in the morning. Usually I'm there before the doors open and I wait for 5-10 minutes. Forget the weekends. A few years ago I got a great buy on Skechers Go Walk pants.. I haven't seen them at Costco since.

@ciao_bella Yep the clothes are not separated by size, and they often don't have my size. Digging and digging and coming up empty lol. We are probably talking about the same store - I've seen you mention before which ones are near you.

The clothing at our Costco is stacked and folded according to size.  Makes it really easy to find a size.

Maybe tell the manager of the store they need to do the above.  I've never heard of just stacking all different sizes together.  Sounds like someone is lazy, the manager may not realize what's being done.

It would benefit your Costco and sell more clothing items.

Not sure which Costco you go to that I mentioned because each of the three are about equal distance in different directions from my house.  The Costco that now seems to be folding the clothing into 'same size' folded piles is the Hazlet Costco.  The Costco employee who was taking care of the clothing in that area told me she sometimes gets told not to do it this way from whomever in Costco management, but she says it makes her life a lot easier finding sizes for customers asking for help.  She also said, she isn't constantly refolding piles of clothing that gets mixed up and messed up.  I totally agree and told her I am going to put that in writing as a suggestion.  Each Costco has a suggestion box for customers to voice their opinion.

I was near our Costco just yesterday, 125 miles away from home for another reason.  This would have convinced me to ask DH to stop by.  I wouldn't have mentioned the clothes, of course, perhaps some new sand trapping welcome mats for the doors?

@ScrapHappy  my husband and I enjoy the soft serve vanilla ice cream sold in Costco food court. I usually buy 2; freeze one and we share one. It is my understanding the ice cream mix comes from Humboldt Creamery in Northern California as does the vanilla ice cream sold in double cartons in the warehouse. The price of one soft serve in food court in my area (Texas) is $2.15 and a bargain for the quality.

On our list trip to Costco, my daughter got the vanilla soft serve.  She said it was very good, all most like custard (which I love).  She asked me if I wanted a taste, but I just wanted to get out of the store.  It was very busy that day.  Next time I will get my own ice cream.

I always order from Costco online & I'm not a member.  I live over 3 hours from one. I like their sleepware and shoes.

Sounds like you got a nice haul.  I'll have to check out the clothing.

I've been a member for three years and still haven't found an article of clothing I like.  Are all clubs the same?  The stuff at my Costco is either very blah or really ugly.

I have one of those very large rugs from Q that they poured the sand on to show how much it could take. It's not cute like a seasonal print, but it works. We still get some leaf bits in the house but not like we used to. Also, not everyone in the family wipes before entering .

Re: Costco Members Heads-up! - Fall Items Available in Warehouse and Online

I bought that jacket last year and it is really comfortable; love the stretch and it is not hot and stiff like some denim jackets can be. They also have in the down vests from 32 degrees and I think some jackets. If you don't live near a Costco, you can shop online for almost all the clothes they have in the warehouse, including some online only things.

My real question about fall things at Costco.....are the pumpkin muffins in yet? The best ever!
