Costco Members Heads-up! - Fall Items Available in Warehouse and Online

[ Edited ]

Was in my local Costco warehouse yesterday and many new fall items are out in the clothing section, as well as other areas.   I purchase a beautiful denim jacket for $20. Nice modern fit that's not boxy.  It has a bit of stretch to the soft, medium/heavy weight denim. Perfect for fall and other times of the year. (Image below).  They also have fall/winter jackets, tops, pants and flannel shirts out for women as well.   I bought a few flannel shirts (small amount of stretch in them for great fit) and some fall jogging pants.  All at GREAT Costco prices.  If you have a Costco near you, check it out.  imageService.jpg

I was near our Costco just yesterday, 125 miles away from home for another reason.  This would have convinced me to ask DH to stop by.  I wouldn't have mentioned the clothes, of course, perhaps some new sand trapping welcome mats for the doors?

I was at Costco last Saturday.  They had some fall clothing out, flannels, but not as much as yours had.  I did buy a flannel jacket for daughter, sherpa inside.  I think it was $15.  I've made Costco on my to go list for shopping.  Used to go just a couple of times a year but I go more frequently now.  Not just for clothing, food too.

@depglass do those work?  And do they work to wipe other small things off like broken up leaves?  I need something for my kitchen door and the mat DH bought at Costco didn't work.  It was a large half circle thing but it didn't get stuff off our feet.  We moved it to the front door since we needed something there, but we don't get too much tracking at that door.  Being covered, it should at least dry the feet off before walking onto the wood floors.

I'm remembering HSN or QVC used to sell those sand trapping mats.  Can't remember the name of the company and of course theirs were better than others or so they said.

The ones with the plastic teeth seem to work better than the one that is made out of some type of brown thinner stuff.  It's more old fashioned, but for the life of me I don't know the name.  I've always relied on Costco for throw rugs and outside rugs.

@depglass   Now that you mention it, I can picture in my mind,  Dan Hughes with the guy who would load up the sand carpet and then shake it all out to show how much it held.  I can't remember the name of it either.  I'm sure someone with a better memory will pop up and tell us.

I always try to remember to check out the men's clothing while I'm there. As with the women's clothes, you can find things there that you don't see in other stores and the prices seem nice for the quality. I also like the Weatherproof Vintage and the Orvis.
