Me, too! I was catching her in between watching the Eagles game!

It was great that she wasn't encumbered trying to sell you any particular pan or spurtle or something!

Yes, absolutely! That is one of the things I had not quite put my finger on. It was the true ease of not having the pressure to sell, just do what you love to do best!

Thank you, Meredith Laurence, for taking the time and doing all the work that went into these cooking classes.  She made my day!  Great fun to watch.  Determined, however, that Pho will never be produced in my kitchen!

Meredith needs her own national TV cooking show.  She is better than any of the other TV personalities out there with their own shows now INCLUDING MARTHA STEWART.

Why she is still with QVC as a small time vendor is beyond me.  She is much better than QVC.

Turned it on couldn't believe she was doing lobster tails.  I had three defrosting in the refigerator, and put them in a big boiling pot while rewatching her presentation.

She is fantastic.  I do like David too, have to say, like his humor.

doodles, I wish they would change her to " In THe Kitchen With Meredith". He acts very board lately. He doesn't know what to do with himself when he isn't doing all the talking. And this constant interruption about how may sold in this show, and "Again We have so many in this color to go around" It get so boring!! Snore!! We just need newness of a different host.

I agree with you five hundred percent!  Meredith is a genuine teacher, who knows how to present food and cooking - both the process and the products.  I try (because I love cooking shows) but usually fail, to watch DV.  Too much hype, silliness and repetition of things that are of no interest, i.e. how many sold in this show. People are being sued today for s.h. over the same way he behaves with the vendors. Toally unnecessary, not "cute" in a middle aged man, and  definitely not "Southern".

I watched her on and off and boy do I miss cooking...I was a good cook. (I have no idea what that young, silly host and DB were doing cooking.....was an odd segment, imo.)

I caught parts of this video of Courtney and Dennis Basso a few times, and it was often kind of awkward, in a funny way.  Dennis was really concentrating on his dish, and Courtney kept peppering him with silly questions, which often times he just didn't answer and she would go on to babble her own answers.

I'm thinking that Dennis really just wanted to be done with filming the whole thing, and be on his way.
