Company Picnic?

I am officially in charge of our company picnic this year! Help, I need ideas? About 70 people, adults and kids. At a lake with pavilion provided. Wondering if anyone has suggestions for things to do that is fun for all? Kids games and we can buy prizes...adult games or activities?
