No problem. Sometimes it just takes a few more posts to get a clearer understanding.

Peachy.....that is one thing I like about you.....you say it like it is.

Yesterday someone was trying to get to me and trying to start getting me upset, but I just quit posting when that happens.

Please don't quit......we need more posters like you.......

My Dr. Has me take Meclizine for my dizziness and vertigo due to fibromyalgia and my neurological issue. Stuff is great and stops the nausea too. Sorry again for butting in. . This can be purchased over the counter.

Well croemer and Peachy, looks like I've been taking the correct medicine for this. Guess it just takes time to get rid of it.

Hi Peachy, and ShowMe.Smile Sorry for me going O.T and butting in too, but also have vertigo a lot, and I also take meclizine OTC too. Mine comes and goes, but I also get motion sicknees. Fun.

The Epley maneuver is one of those methods, and if you google it, there is a You Tube site and many others. I have laid down on the floor and done it. It helps some.

Take care, you two, I know the feeling.{#emotions_dlg.wub}

LOL Nope, it's the Xanax what does that and I'm taking .25mg once or twice a day- really depends on the neuralgia of another issue and then the fibromyalgia symptoms- heck it's always something new everyday for me... I'm to have a follow-up CT come January so hoping that in its self will help calm me down.. but any who the Meclizine worked right away for me, I mean bam no dizziness- I've only had to take one.. OHHHHH mine are only 12.5 mg.. maybe you're taking too much but ask your Doctor if you should cut back... I can't imagine taking more, I stay in a fog as in with the fibromyalgia... LOL more than usual for me..
