Does anyone have a good coffee ice cream recipe to share?

I just made a batch of coffee iced cream yesterday. This is the recipe I used in my ice cream maker. It is one I got from a poster named DiAnne. I use this basic recipe for all my flavors of ice cream. For the coffee one, I just put about 2 or 3 tablespoons full of espresso powder and whisked till it dissolved.

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of Kosher salt
1 t vanilla

Mix the milk, cream, sugar, espresso powder and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until just before it boils. Take off the heat, put in a container and chill. Before I put it in the ice cream maker, I put in the vanilla. Pour into ice cream maker according to the directions and your done. I have made chocolate, peanut butter, pumpkin, coffee, peppermint, vanilla, strawberry and oh so many more off this basic recipe. Hope this works for you.
