I do not watch QVC.  I do give it a quick look sometimes and settle in for a few minutes on my way to watching something else on TV, mostly reruns.  Spending hours on a shopping channel is not my thing.  Personally I am not a fan of the way products are presented these days.  Not a friend of the hosts and do not really want to listen to anything that does not have to deal with the product.  Not interested in their life experiences.  I just want product information.  These forums are a great resource for information on those products. They are honest ideas of real people.  And I make my own choices often going reviews on and off of QVC.  Amazon comes to mind especially in the field of electronics.  

I will not go to Facebook.  I don't feel safe because I don't know the controls in place.  I love you all but you are not gettng my email address or my phone number, address, whatever.  

So in a few short weeks I say goodbye, yall.  Had a great run and enjoyed your company.  And  Goodbye QVC as well unless there is a BIG sale  AS  IS OR CLEARANCE on stuff I really don't need in the  first place.

@bonnielu   I agree with you 100%.  The Host that never stops about her daughters and family is bad and they do nothing about it.  Time to move on and you know what??  This will kill their Christmas sales.

@bonnielu Agree 100%.  QVC is a shopping channel or is supposed to be.  It lost its focus long ago.

Just learning about the news of the forums closing. I agree with your comments. I still watch the Q once in awhile, but a lot less then I did years ago. 

I will miss coming here to read and discuss all kinds of things.  

I refuse to do Facebook for lots of reasons.

The only reason I come to QVC is for the forums and the times I've bought anything it was a direct result of reading the boards. I have no reason to come here now and though I'm not a big moneymaker to them it will be the end of shopping here for me completely.
