I use white vinegar and water mix in a sprayer on just about anything that is not wood.

I use 7th Generation or Nature's Promise dish liquid on wet paper towels to clean daily ie hourly.

Every couple of days I use Method Daily Granite.

I was always told that fruit scented (lemon/orange/etc) liquid soaps weren't good for granite, so I steer clear of them in my soap dispensers.

Also, bleach is a no-no.  (So after I saturate my grocery packaging, I lay it on top of my island which is protected with a long sheet of tinfoil.)

Meats never go on my counter.  I always put any packages on the grates of my gas stove when I'm unpacking from grocery shopping or getting ready to cook.

I have cloth placemats on the table and the counter tops get lysol wipes or lysol spray.

I use formula 409, when I can get it. It seems to be on short supply and I am on my last bottle.

For daily cleaning I use Simple Green on my counters. And a granite cleaner for occasional polishing.

I have a 50/50 mix of water/clorox - spray - wipe with sponge and then dry with paper towel.  Exact same method I use on appliances.

A soapy sponge.  I know you shouldn't use sponges because they grow bacteria but I haven't made us sick or killed us yet.  

The only time I use disinfecting wipes is when I package or cut raw meat to portion for the freezer.

We usually eat on our TV trays or our glass table in our sunroom. I wipe them down with dish detergent and follow with Windex.
