It gets great reviews too!

I take this one EVERY DAY without fail, with the support of my internist and my endocrinologist. My a1c has been in the non diabetic range for over 3 years, down from the mid 7s before I cleaned up my eating habits.

I doubt this supplement would help much if I were eating as I did before weight loss, but Ilike taking it now as a little extra “insurance”.
