We're in north central NC and a wild thunderstorm with lots of wind and lightning just blew through.  We're still under a tornado watch/warning.  The kids had their trick or treat time cut short.

We lived in northern Vermont when our children first started trick or treating and they always had to go out with winter coats over their costumes.  There was often some snow on the ground too.

I don't ever remember wearing a coat while trick or treating.

It was cold here last night. No street light so we only had 2 kids stop by.

They managed to come by & fix the street light today. They could have done it yesterday.
