I have been waiting for delivery since 12/11.  I checked and double checked tracking number but of course was only showed billing info received. I finally tracked UPS number that took me to USPS number and they are awaiting the package. SO my cookies have not actually been shipped at all. And here it is a week before Christmas. Called CS for a full refund. So buyer beware...cookies might be good IF you receive them. Good luck

Go to a real bakery and get good cookies , hers is no better than that same type you can buy at other places.

I second that - go to a local bakery or grocery store where they are fresh daily out of oven .....rather than a 'factory" some where - conditions you don't know..and then boxed, labeled and shipped hundreds of miles.  A cookie isn't a rare commodity.

Consider yourself lucky if they don't arrive and you get a refund.  I ordered them once, and they were very dry and overly sweet, and not very large when you consider they are usually about $1.00 per cookie.  I live in the same state where the factory is located, so that wasn't the issue.  I get better cookies at my local family owned grocery store for about half the price.

"I finally tracked UPS number that took me to USPS number and they are awaiting the package. SO my cookies have not actually been shipped at all." @mardy

If you have tracking for both UPS and USPS then your order was shipped.

What happens very often with my packages is that they are shipped UPS, then once they arrive locally they are handed over to USPS and my order arrives within a day or two. If your order hadn't been shipped how could UPS have transferred them to USPS?

I am having trouble too with getting my orders from Cheryl's.  A QVC email said that they were shipped 12/11.  Nope, not true.  Two still show info sent, but nothing else, and the third order  was finally shipped yesterday(12/17) from Ohio.  Cheryl's had replied to an email I sent that they were 2-3 days behind in getting orders out of their warehouse;  seems a week behind might be more accurate.  These are gifts I split up and give out to different people here(man who plows my driveway, kids at Dunkin Donuts and McD, and relatives, etc.  Does not look like they will be getting them.  I was so upset and disgusted, that I cancelled all the remaining shipments on the auto deliveries.  Like another poster said, I can find other cookies or goodies and will certainly save a lot of money.  I do not like the frosted ones; too sweet, and you don't get many oatmeal raisin ones.

@Group 5 minus 1  The ones at Walmart aren't Cheryl's cookies, but they're similar.  They're called Lofthouse cookies I believe.
