Hi R&R just saw that you are here and want to say hope that every thing is going well for you and that you are doing as well as you can. Hope that your feeling better, know that you are not pain free by any means but hoping that you are handling it as best you can. For some unknown reason some one posted about the baby bald eagles in Pittsburgh and I have been watching those three little ones. Why? I don't know for I sure don't like to be around any thing that has wings and can fly. Never have since I was a child and a chicken flew out of a coop at a relatives home and I was the one it came after. But these three are some thing to watch.

Hi RRR just saw your post. I think about you a lot and wonder how you are and what is happening in your life now that you are back home. Have you started counseling yet? You know I always wish you the best and hope you find happiness. Keep us informed, we care.

Hello Lindsays Grandma...so great to hear from you. I am in pain daily but I am doing my best to be positive. I see my therapist June 3.......so I am looking forward to that and trying to get my notes in order and I will let her see what we need to face first.........I am fine.....I have not heard from my son since I flew out of Houston May 11 but I did send him a post Saturday night that Said Son, I love you and I will always have you in my heart. Love Mom but I have not heard from him and I have to let it go and realize I made contact and the next step is up to him but I know that he is going by her wishes........I do have some friends that saw the way she treated me and how it all started but I am moving forward. Miss talking to you and I hope you are doing good.

I went to a friends home for dinner and her and her boyfriend cooked and invited me and it was nice. Food was good and they were cautious about what I could and could not eat.......I told them I would eat what I could and not to worry about it. We are believing for my healing of this disease that has no cure but is wearing me down..........take care and I look forward to talking to you and others this week. Blessings to you.

I am sorry to read you are still in pain. No doctor wants his or her patients to suffer. Surely your doctor can prescribe medication for your pain or refer you to a pain specialist.

Hello Abbeythe8th.........I do have some pain tablets Tylenol with codeine but I don't take them every day........I can take two a day but I rarely take one a day...but when I go to his office in a few weeks I will ask for another prescription for pain meds.......I know the pharmacy said for me not to suffer in pain but I don't want to get use to the medicine and then him not give it to me anymore then I would be in trouble.......thank you for your post. Hello RR&R, so nice to hear from you. I am sorry to hear you are still in pain everyday and also that your son is ignoring you. Chronic pain wears us down, no one knows that better than I do. Even with my pain meds the pain is very intense and there are days I wonder how much more I can take but we are strong and we won't let the pain destroy us.

I'm happy that you were able to have dinner with your friends, it helps to have people in our lives. As for your son, you have done all you can and now it is up to him to become a man and do the right thing. I'm sure the therapist will work with you regarding him and your daughter-in-law. Stay strong, you have friends here who care and no matter what you post just ignore the hurtful remarks from others. Enjoy the warm weather and take care of yourself.
