Lately I'm getting a chuckle over the media obsession of Stephen Colbert as David Letterman's replacement on ""Late Show"". He's just a comedian for goodness sakes.

It will be interesting to see how Colbert handles a more serious talk show.

Question also to Tansy as well as Deep- Do you think the media will be all a twitter about the change for the whole year?

They probably will until something else comes along.

betteb: You can do any flavor you like. I just used the hot and spicy myself.

You can use honey/cinnamon or just google "honey roasted garbanzo beans" and lots of links will come up.

I used cayenne pepper sauce, chili pepper, worst. sauce, salt & pepper. The trick is to keep them on a low temp. for a couple of hours, shaking the pan every 1/2 hr. or so.... They are crunchy like nuts........Smile

Speaking of TV, and Bette was, Bletchley Circle returns tonight, I am so excited!

PBS, a mystery format which takes place in England shortly after WW2. Women who had been important in decoding messages from the enemy are suddenly without the job where they were important. No one knows their special skills until they decide to decode the pattern behind a series of killings.

That was the first show last year, I expect this one to also be really good!

My wife says I have an obsession with talking with people be it this method/telephone, or the traditional way, which most of the time is face to face. Maybe that is the reason when I am talking with her at times in our patio room I look over and she is asleep.

Just sayin! :-)
