Would anyone care, or dare, to share ... the biggest prize you've ever won?  Be it from a raffle/drawing, a scratch ticket, whatever it may be.

I'm thinking my biggest win was from a football square, many years ago.  My team was in the Super Bowl, and we lost. BUT, with that last quarter score, I won $2500! 🥳💰

I guess I was both happy and sad that night! 🤷‍♀️

I won a large orange stuffed donkey in the 5th grade from a church raffle.
How is that for a prize, LOL. That thing was huge.

Oh wait, years ago, much to the shock of my co-workers, I won our NCAA playoff basketball pool. I think I won $250.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I won a little over $500 while playing a progressive quarter slot machine at a casino.  I turned 75 cents into $500.00.

When I was in high school, I won a couple of tickets on a radio call in quiz, but the catch was that I had to drive to the station to pick them up, which was impossible for me.  A few kids that day said they heard me on the radio, though, so that was cool.

I think I won around $80 at a casino once, but that only recouped what I spent. That's when I said it was time to go home.

Years ago won a color TV in our church carnival raffle.  One of those where "you need not be present to win.". 📺

I won a Cadillac at a casino and then a mustang 6 months later in a drawing.  I loved Atlantic City and went quite often when I lived there.  I also won a 2 week trip on a cruise.  Those were the fun days of gambling.

Haven't been to a casino in years because in FL they're all indian tribes and the chances of winning are slim and none!

Reminds me of Oprah when she would scream "You've won a car, you've won a car". Some of them I read couldn't afford to pay the tax due and had to sell 'em that was sad.

Spouses of our local firefighters held a fundraiser for equipment the twp. couldn't afford to buy.

I won a nice holiday gift box from local merchants worth about $150 for my $5 in raffle tickets.

When my kids were in elementary school, there was a drawing from all of the names of mothers who had not missed a single Mother's Club monthly meeting that year.  It was announced in Sept. to encourage attendance at the meetings. The prize was free tuition for one child and I won.  I think it was about $800 dollars, if I remember correctly.

Then one year I received a notice along with my MasterCard bill saying that each purchase in the month of December would equal one entry in a prize drawing to be held in January.  I didn't pay much attention and forgot all about it, but in Jan. I received word that I had won $500.

Probably better than either of those was when I won a front row ticket to a Beatles concert in a radio station drawing.  To 15 year old, that was priceless.

I don't do casinos - drawings seem to be the only thing I'm lucky with.

Edited to say that I was 15, not 16.
