Do you have a cell phone caller ID company that tells you about numbers that aren't in your phone?

Which do you like?

I was thinking of Call Guardian.  Thanks!Smiley Happy

not sure what you are looking for but I just started using the "mute" feature on any number that is not in my contact list.  so the calls go to VM.

does that help?

I use a call blocker called no robo call I have my phone set so any person not on my phone list goes to voice mail.

I use Hiya, and also Verizon has one that they use.  Theirs now sends any suspicious calls straight to Voice Mail, which I like.  I don't get many spam calls on my cell.

I got Hiya before I switched to Verizon.

I have to find out what Sprint has because i get tired of clicking ¨denied¨ even before the phone rings or maybe on the ¨one and a quarter ring.

@jackthebear  how does that work? How do you set it on MUTE and how do you know the unwanted calls are coming in?

in settings in iOS

there is an option to not answer callers not in your contact list.

turn it on

any calls will not be alerted and they will go to VM

I get calls from people not in my contact list that I need to talk with.  For instance, if I have a handyman or someone calling to tell me they're on the way they're calling from their cell phone.  I need to be able to answer.  There are other examples, too.  That would never work for me.  I don't get many unwanted calls on my cell phone anyway though.

I agree with NickNack.  I have people call who are not on my contact list and I need/want to talk to them.  Plus, I don't want a gigantic contact list.  I don't understand why people are afraid to answer their phone.  If it is a telemarketer, I just hang up.  Don't carry your phone if it is a big inconvenience.
