I always purchased Wegman's TP at a cost of $14.99 for a 30 roll pack. They would have clip coupons for$2.00 off that price. You can no longer get the 30 pack, but a 6 pk costs $5.49. I know ya need to have it, but it seems like a rip off.

We buy Scott's 1000 sheet roll in multipacks and whenever it's less than $1 a roll, we feel it's a good buy.

I buy my TP by the case with 96 rolls in the box. It usually costs me around $45 for the 96 rolls but recently the price went up to about $55. Still, not a bad price.

I've noticed that the choice of TP configurations is very limited now.  I never know if I'll be able to buy a 6 roll or 24 roll package.  And the prices seem to be higher than previously.

I can fully understand why this is, but it still can be frustrating.

Personally, I think Costco's TP is the best quality and deal at 30 rolls for $16.99

Unfortunately, Wegmans discontinued the $2.00 digital coupons on TP and paper towels - they were great!  I'm afraid they won't be back any time soon.  In the meantime, pay attention to drug store deals on paper goods.  Combining a sale price with manufacturer coupons - paper or digital, store coupons, and store rewards can still yield a very good price.

@catter70

You just have to stay on top of the comparison shopping.

Yesterday I hit a few stores and at one saw my fav Cottonelle Mega 6 packs for 11.99.   Just two hours earlier, I saw the exact same package at Walmart for $6.48!   Exact same thing, because I had to check.

BTW ...  Due to all the shortages, I'm now convinced that some grocery chains have paid a premium for every day products, just to have them in their stores.  Just speculating on this, but others thought the same thing.

I just look for the best deal over on Amazon and buy $25 for free shipping and it shows up at my door no problem.

Still, it's gone up in price a lot. That 30 pack would cost over $27.00 for what I used to pay $14.99 and if I had the $2.00 coupon would be $12.99.
