That's odd as I am in NJ and all the stores have it here. Just bought some today as a matter of fact.

@kaydee50 Me either. I hate that stuff. I'm 75 and tasted it once decades ago. Never again!

We have it here southern NC, but it always looks really bad so I end up with frozen.

We eat cauliflower often, and it is a go to snack item for me but we have been eating more roast broccoli, brussels and cabbage as our veggy with dinner. I love raw cauliflower!

I have been eating a lot of broccoli, aspragus, brussels sprouts, zucchini and cabbage, but miss cauliflower.  I guess I'll have to wait until it is available again.

I bought a few ears of fresh corn.  I was surprised it was good and sweet.

Thanks for the replys.

@Carmie  I"m in Montco, and my Weis market has been out for two weeks. Up until that time they had beautiful big heads for $3.99 to 4.99. ShopRite has them, but the heads are smaller and they are $5.99! We usually eat cauliflower once a week, and this has been crazy. I'm not paying $5.99 for a medium sized head.

@PA Mom-mom   I can't even find it frozen in my area at any price.  It is missing in action.  I saw a bag of riced culiflower at Costco, but have no need for that.

Oh well, I guess I can wait a bit longer.

I saw a few days ago that the cauliflower in the store were very small heads. I was disappointed since I had recently bought some buffalo seasoning and wanted to make use of it on cauliflower florets.
