That's their problem, now isn't it. I want free S&H and returns and I can shop any where. So if the Q doesn't want to close up shop they will get with it and give the customers what they want. Enough people just have to stop shopping and they will comply or go under.JMO

I'm pretty excited about this weekends free shipping event.  FINALLY, They've included Hawaii & Alaska. I just purchased a beauty item that would normally cost $20 to ship to me, and I got it with free shipping.  THANK YOU QVC!

Isn't shipping on clothing still $3.50?  If there is something you really want, $3.50 won't break the bank.  Other online stores have higher shipping on just one item.  I've seen $8 or $9 for one item.

I always expect free shipping everywhere.  It has become a way of life--with Amazon and aliexpress being so big.

Shipping is never really free. It’s factored into the price of the products. I don’t understand why people act like QVC is the only place that doesn’t have free shipping because that’s not the case. I shopped from several vendors this weekend that, as part of the Black Friday specials, are offering free shipping when it is not normally free.

Not everyone is Amazon, nor should they be. I think consumers sometimes have unrealistic expectations. I know that’s not going to be a popular opinion.

I have been holiday shopping and placing orders online all day on other sites...have not paid shipping on anything because they offered free shipping on even smaller orders. QVC has not been competitive in a long time and this is a big reason why. They must just make so much money on the high shipping fees they can’t afford to keep up with the other guys. Why else would they not lower their fees or have free shipping...on everything...as a promo. It doesn’t seem like they could offer free shipping though unless they lower their prices to include the cost in the products. The prices here have really increased at a sharper pace than the other places I shop.
