Just 3 ???

If I don't watch, I don't buy.   I don't even like QVC on in the background anymore.  The hosts, the hard selling, the silliness, spending more time than needed on some products....  Can't really put my finger on exactly what irritates me the most, but I won't even watch QVC anymore.  

I don't buy because of the shipping charges and then having to pay to return items.  I also don't buy because of inconsistent sizing and poor quality on clothing (and everything else).  It's sooo much easier for me to shop locally these days. 

The straw that broke the camel's back:   When QVC started offering money back to open a new Q-card.  "And remember, if you apply for a new Q-card today, you'll get $40 off your next order."    Seriously?   I've been buying from QVC since it was CVN and not once have they offered me $40 off of anything.  Show us long time customers some love!

One thing is not try and make a party with girlfriends out of the shows!

Separate shows given the time they are scheduled and not half hour then another catagory comes on like vacuums when started out skin care.

Better quality clothing in a house brand so that prices are affordable.

1.  Faster shipping out.  One or two days to ship out from date of purchase.

2.  Offer more free shipping.

3.  When it comes to clothes, talk about fabric, care, fit and less about personal information.  I noticed with some hosts that they can do a lot of talking but not about the piece they are selling.

Bought what I needed + I only reorder tried and true things for me.  Or us, which is very rarely.
