A little levity here .....
On Good Morning America today, there was mention of a book listing actual crazy laws in the U.S.
Did you know that in the State of Ohio it is illegal to get a fish drunk?
Stupid law, to be sure ..... but I wonder under what circumstances would this law have come to be passed in the first place?
Did an angry fish file a police report?

I did know this only because I'm from Ohio and on New Years Eve, one of our cities has the annual Walleye drop and this came up.
It also came up that in Ohio, it's illegal to fish for whales on Sunday. LOL

Maybe people were using the worms from their tequila bottles.

Okay, I'll play.
In California, animals are banned from mating publicly within 1,500 feet of a tavern, school, or place of worship.

In Georgia you cannot carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket on Sundays. Which is good since I normally carry them in my front pocket.

Actually, drunk fish cannot swim, therefore it affects a fisherman's catch. It was the fishermen who got the law passed.
