From my HS yes, but nursing school and college I could not afford to buy one. I do have my nursing school pin as well as my Grandmother's - we went to the same nursing school.

I never had one from either high school or college. My parents would've paid for a college ring, but I opted to get a beautiful gold ring with my birthstone in it instead. I still wear that ring on a regular basis.

Still have mine. When DH and I "went steady", I got his class ring and he got mine. I wrapped angora yarn around his to make it fit me and he wore mine on his pinky. He cracked the stone on mine. When we got engaged, I gave him his class ring back, and he lost it. He gave mine back to me and I've kept it in my jewelry chest.

Yes I have mine. The stone was some kind of rainbow emerald. It cost about $75 way back then, and many of my friends were not allowed to order a class ring because of the cost.

I also sold mine for the gold about 4 years ago or so. I never wore and it really didn't mean a whole lot to me anyway.

I only ever got a high school ring, and really only wore it during my senior year, but yes, I still have it.

When each of my kids were in high school, they were sent the brochures for these rings, but neither of them wanted one.

It was her ring.....I think she must have had her reasons for doing what she did. Why do you care what she did with it?
