After spending some time reading the threads here today, it looks and sounds like not many are in the CHRISTMAS SPIRIT.

Christmas is a good time to pray more if we are believers!

We all have good and not so good things in our lives.   I try to focus and say "thank you" for all the good.

Merry Christmas to all and God bless you!Woman Happy

We hear you, @goldensrbest and others suffering losses, made more pronounced this time of year.

We've all been there at various stages of our life, and it's okay if you don’t feel like celebrating. It's not a requirement! Some feel most blessed just to survive the holiday seasons.

If and when you're ready again, and the Christmas spirit is born in you anew... you may find it helpful to start a brand new tradition. Begin to make new, comforting memories, either alone, or with extended family and friends. It might be anything from volunteering a few hours; a simple shared meal; seeing a movie with dinner out ~ to world traveling.

None of it will in anyway dishonor your sweet memories of your late loved ones. Love lives forever, and remember... they yet love you, too. They want only the best for you. ❤️

God bless you with comfort and strength. 🙏

@WaJa61........  Thanks so much for your supportive words.  You are so special.  You and dBd.....  SO VERY SPECIAL.

Yes, holidays can be tough for folks, but what has been said on here....."you are never alone".....is so true.  I have found that if I open my heart to others, it makes it so much easier.

Think of you so often.....Heart

Bless your sweet heart, @ShowMe ~ you are and will always be, so very special to me, too.

Yes, we are never truly alone and we are each loved beyond measure. That is the truest meaning behind Christmas, even when our human emotions deceive us through illnesses, great losses and other sorrows and suffering. We go through none of them alone. This reminder brings me such peace, and I pray it will do the same for others, who are prepared to receive it.

Thank you for sharing the Light of that Love, and a most blessed Christmas to you! ~Joy ❤️
