Have you ever placed an order and then, thought about it a little, and decided to cancel that order only for it ship out anyway?
I did that yesterday. The order was still showing to be processing, so i cancelled it. I hit the button that said cancel this item. Then it asks me if I am sure I want to cancel. I click "yes". Then it says " your order has been cancelled and will not ship".
Okay ---- I look at the order status today and it says "shipped". Furious!!!! Now I will have to pay to send it back and lose the original shipping fee. Calling customer service!

you don't have to pay to ship back. They will cover the cost as long as you got a cancel confirmation.
Happens to me once in awhile too and I've never had to pay the shipping.

According to my UPS store if you write "refuse" on the box it will be sent back and return shipping will not be incurred. Double check with UPS and USPS to be sure that is still true.

Print out the cancellation memo from your computer and enclose it with return .

what I have noticed is that now you simply cannot cancel a lot of orders. SO be very careful or don't order if there is any chance you'll want to cancel.

This is getting ridiculous, this has happened to me quite a few times in the past few months and it just happened again yesterday. Ordered boots, read the reviews and cancelled the boots. I ordered something today and noticed that the boots that I cancelled 5 minutes after I ordered them, were back and already in process. This time I'm not letting this go, the Q will pay to have these boots shipped back to them. This isn't the first time I complained and was assured my account would not be charged for S&H on cancelled items shipped out by mistake only to notice on my account that that never happened.

No you don't and CS should have told you that. Use their shipping label, but make sure they don't charge you,so keep track. I don't think half of CS make notations when
tell you to send it back, no charge, their mistake. So keep track/. If they charge you, tell them you called, it had said cancel and the CS said no charge for return. Their CS is not like Amazon and on top of it.

Customer Service has refunded the original shipping charges and not charged the return shipping cost when this has happened to me. Just call them and I'm sure they will work it out for you.
