@SharkE I didn't see your message before I posted mine.  I think right click on the image, select "add image to photos" from the email, and then see what the suffix in the name of the file looks like in Photos, and if you can get rid of the webp without changing the image.  Make sure the gif suffix remains, don't delete that.  The webp makes it that the file needs to access that website to show the image, which is like a link, that qvc doesn't allow.
