I like Brooke and give her a lot of credit for her tenacity. I sat next to her mother in a salon back in the early 90's. Terry was loud, abrasive and her dog was running around the salon. I felt sorry for the beautician. 

Brooke has had a hard life and although I don't like how she styles herself, my heart goes out to her for a less than ideal childhood.

She is recognizable!  I see her picture and know who she is without having to read the name.  That's wonderful.  She is one natural beauty that endures.  I've never been a fan of the heavy brows, but I'm so glad she embraced her difference at the time and stayed true to how she was an individual beauty.

I don't mind and do participate in discussions about fashions or cosmetic procedures, or make-up, or health but how she looks?

Brooke needs a new make-up artist.  Way to heavy, dark and outdated  .It looks terrible.  She has that Tammy Faye look.

I agree with @NYCLatinaMe that we should not spend so much time criticizing women's looks.  And yes, I have been as guilty as anyone.  I do however, retain the option of slamming the cosmetic surgery junkies whose photos so often grace these pages.

As far as her outfit goes, IMHO it's mutton dressed as lamb. And it's surprising, as she usually is dressed very well indeed.
