I was happy for JC when she first announced her engagement and introduced her fiancé via a livestream. I was impressed...I thought he was fairly nice looking with an affable personality.

I've kind of changed my mind about him since then. For example, he followed her to Italy (as a surprise) when she traveled there for a work assignment. Her old boyfriend, David the gold guy, was on that trip with her. He seems to revel in her "celebrity" and he spends some of his off time there at the studio while she's working.

I would've loved to have been a fly on the wall during their first date when he told her he was still married but separated. Honestly, what thought ran through her mind? That would have been a major red flag for me, but she was probably mesmerized by that British accent and she's been giddy ever since. You just know that when she returns from the honeymoon she's going to make a big deal when she references him as "my husband".

IMHO, that behavior sounds controlling. That is very difficult to deal with in a marriage.

@threecees Jen's daughter just started her internship at a hospital in Orlando. I'm sure she would have been there if she could. She works with sick babies. Jen mentioned to Beth on Sunday's Susan Graver show that Gabi was accepted into 6 of the 7 hospitals she applied to.
