Why are the androgynous being excluded?  Perhaps the poster(s) that is/are the cause of this thread is androgynous.

I think hckynut is a male. There are only a couple of other males here that I know of. Gardenman is one and there's another who posts in fashion. I don't see anything in their posts that would make me think they're actually women.

The people I have made friends with here have turned out to be true blue in every sense of the word.

It is sad but true that many participating now might not present themselves honestly.

It may come from the preponderance of information that can be found to be fake.

Sadly, forums used to be places to form some friendships -- these days I think that would be harder to do.
