OP, we're laughing with you on this. We all make mistakes now and then on the name of a gem. It's just funny in this case it sounded medical.

I am wearing a black spinel necklace I got from Evine from Chuck Clemency. I bought it on clearance and it was very cheap.

With it I am wearing a pair of large hoop earrings that have black crystal in them from QVC. I got them as a lunch time special and I love them. The black crystal earrings have much more sparkle to them than the spinel.

ETA: The earrings are still in stock. J281425 They are a set of 2. I generally wear the larger pair and had intended on giving the small pair away but I found that I wear those as well. The necklace I bought from Evine isn't in stock anymore.

Just an earring suggestion if you want cheaper.
