THANKS, MJ! I'll go read the notice right now. I'm really tired of QVC mistakes. The last couple of times I tried to order, it was a mess and I kept getting two different error messages.
After all this time, and so many of us telling them about the boards being a mess, they've basically done nothing.

I got the same email early this afternoon. I was able to get thru to customer service. When I started to tell her, she kindly interrupted me and explained as above. A glitch in system, that accounts were not compromised and many other customers had also called. Before calling, I checked my order summary and my credit card and no charges have been placed. I am going to continue to check my credit card just in case. Does make one wonder though.
One would think that as soon as they were informed about it another email would have been issued advising of error immediately.

Convenient that the phones are about to explode at the Q at the same time!
So annoying.
Checked my orders. It's not there.
Unfortunately, with comcast, you can't delete before it opens because they auto open
when you go into email. Yet another reason to switch services.

Another glitch from QVC and no follow-up email of apology or assuring us it was a mistake.
Par for the course. Just another example of their continuing errors.

I got it too. To 2 different emails I use, which is a little weird!
